CONCERTO DI MEDITAZIONE
Venerdi 3 Maggio l'Orchestra Valente si esibisce presso la chiesa di Madre Maria Ss. Assunta a Cavallino con un concerto di meditazione.
Si apre la serata con i saluti di Don Alberto Taurino (Amministratore parrocchiale, seguirà la relazione di Don Adolfo Putignano (Mariologo).
Tra le note di Bach, Schubert, Caccini, Albinoni, Rossini i presenti si sono potutti immergere in un atmosfera magica.

L'Associazione Valente apre un nuovo ramo molto importante. Sarà la Musica la protagonista per una serie di argomenti sociali, così nasce MUSICA PER….che vedrà gli esperti impegnati in molti progetti che si sussegueranno nel tempo. I temi saranno molti: la Legalità, l'integrazione, l'internazionalizzazione ecc….

MASTERCLASS DEL MAESTRO ANDREA RAFFANINI 17/19 GENNAIO 2019
During his work has conducted a symphonic and opera repertoire ranging from late baroque to contemporary music with many orchestras, including the Cleveland CityMusic (U.S.A.), Opera Circle Orchestra (U.S.A), the Szeged Philharmonic Orchestra (Hungary), the Sliven Symphony Orchestra (Bulgaria), the Strehler Orchestra (Italy), the Swaronsky Orchestra (Italy), the Divertimento Ensemble (Italy), the Symphony Orchestra of Padova and Veneto (Italy), the Cantelli Orchestra (Italy), the Oradea Symphony Orchestra (Romania), the Satumare Symphony Orchestra (Romania), in many theaters and concert halls, among which Sala Verdi of Milan Conservatory, Teatro Dal Verme of Milano, State Theater of Oradea, Dinu Lipatti Concert Hall of Satumare, Alti Hall of Kyoto, Ohio Theatre of Cleveland, collaborating with famous soloists and singers like Enrico Dindo, Gaetano Nasillo, Mikhail Lidsky, Luca Schieppati, Regina Chernychko, Maria Perrotta, Olha Zhuravel, Daria Masiero, Manuela Custer.
He’s since 2014 the Principal Conductor of the “City of Vigevano” Symphony Orchestra and he serves since 2003 as Principal Conductor of the Magenta Symphony Orchestra. Since 2008 to 2013 he also held the position of Principal Conductor of the Totem Youth Ensemble, a chamber group formed by students from the final courses of several conservatories and, since 2010, he’s Principal Conductor of the Dedalo Youth Orchestra in Novara, that in 2012 is included in the National System of Youth Orchestras and Choirs in Italy, the design inspired by the Venezuelan system of Abreu.
At present he’s teacher of Orchestral Practise in Conservatory of Music “L. Canepa” (Sassari – Italy) and taught Musical language and Ear training at the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali "G. Donizetti" in Bergamo.
He recorded the Serenade for nine instruments of Giovanni Salviucci, published by Stradivarius in the series of cd-rom "Musiche del Novecento italiano" (2008), and the music in first performance for the book and cd "Architetture sonore" (2008), published by Clup of Milano.
Between awards, in 2008 he won the Third prize at the Luigi Mancinelli International Competition for Opera Conductors in Orvieto, Italy. In the same year, he received the IBM Award as Best Conductor in an International Masterclass led by M° L. Shambadal, principal conductor of Berliner Symphoniker in Sangemini (Italy).
He started his conducting studies under the direction of M° Ervin Acél at the Szeged Philarmonic Orchestra (Hungary). Afterwards he was an active student in the Sommer Wiener Musikseminare at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst. There he received the First Prize in 2003 and the Third Prize in 2001. He also studied as active student at the Accademia Chigiana in Siena. He holds the degree in Orchestral Conducting and the degree in Composition from the Milan Conservatory.
As a choral conductor, from 1994 to 2002, he was the Music Director of Vocal Ensemble XXI which won him Second Prize in the Milan Exhibition and Competition for Choirs, conducting repertoire from the a cappella works of the 15th century to present-day music. He has studied with Roberto Gabbiani (conductor of Teatro alla Scala Opera Chorus until 2002) at the Sesto Fiorentino Music School. From 2000 to 2002, he served also as Director of the Händel Chorus of Milan and of the City Choir of Magenta (Milano)
In 1999, from the Milan State University, he attended a Master's Degree (laurea) with honors in Italian Literature with a thesis in History of Music Bellini’s operas. His thesis on the operas of Bellini, as considered one of the best theses of the year about the culture of the city of Milan, won him a graduate scholarship from the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
After historical studies in the university, he held many conferences for public and private institutions and also began teaching History of Music in various high schools.
He was President, from its foundation to 2012, of the Maurice Ravel Music School which provides lessons and promotes concert activities, in particular organizing concerts and events with a focus on historical choice of programs.

DAL 17 AL 19 GENNAIO IL MAESTRO ANDREA RAFFANINI HA SVOLTO UNA MASTERCLASS PRESSO LA SEDE DELL'ASSOCIAZIONE VALENTE A CASARANO, SULLA DISCIPLINA E LA CONCERTAZIONE ORCHESTRALE. I RAGAZZI HANNO VISSUTO UN ESPERIENZA ENTUSIASMANTE, QUESTA E' SOLO LA PARTENZA PER UNA COLLABORAZIONE TRA IL MAESTRO RAFFANINI, COME DIRETTORE NEI CONCERTI DELL' ORCHESTRA FILARMONICA VALENTE PER L'ANNO 2019 E L'ASSOCIAZIONE VALENTE.
